Dear Families,

As we enter our third school year we are thrilled to welcome you and your student/s to a brand new year! Below you’ll find important dates and details to help ensure a smooth start. Please take a moment to review this information and mark your calendars.

🏫 NEW School Hours

• Start Time: 7:40 AM
• Tardy Bell: 7:45 AM
• Dismissal: 3:30 PM
• Breakfast Hours: 7:20 AM – 7:40 AM

Please ensure your child arrives on time each day. Students arriving after 7:45 AM will be marked tardy.

School Supplies: DMS School Supply Lists

🚸 Crossing Guard Hours

Our dedicated crossing guards will be stationed to help students arrive and leave safely.
Hours: 7:30am - 7:45am

📅 Important Dates

• Back to School Night: August 19th 3-6pm
• Individual Student Pictures: August 19th 12-6pm
• First Day of School: August 21st - Meet on the turf to kick off the new year!
• Assessment/Data Days – No School for Students:
  • Tuesday, September 9
  • Friday, January 16
• Parent-Teacher Conferences:
  • Monday, September 29 | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday, February 23 | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

These conferences are a valuable opportunity to connect with your student’s teacher about their progress and goals.
